Construction is nearly complete on our latest project. A tranquil home in Blairgowrie.

Given the substantial slope of the site, the dwelling has been designed to work with the site topography and existing cut. With the aim of reducing the overall height and visual bulk to the street and neighbouring properties. The house has been split into levels that follow the natural fall of the site, joined with a central void to allow for light and connection between spaces.

The house is wrapped around a central pool with an emphasis on framing views, whilst allowing the house to be filled with natural light. The interior material palette is calming and neutral, with layers of texture to create depth and interest.

Completion of our latest project in collaboration with SGR Construction, in Sorrento.

With references to mid century architecture and Palm Springs, the design intends to emphasis the relaxed nature of the southern peninsula, outdoor living and entertaining. Whilst providing a home that is flexible to accommodate a range of family dynamics.

Construction begins on our next project in Sorrento. With references to mid century architecture and Palm Springs, the design intends to emphasis the relaxed nature of the southern peninsula, outdoor living and entertaining. Whilst providing a home that is flexible to accommodate a range of family dynamics.

Completion of our latest project in collaboration with SGR Construction, in Sorrento.

A coastal family home, with an emphasis on entertaining, luxury and comfort. Using local materials, with the beach lifestyle as a driving inspiration for the design.

A flexible floor plan that adapts to the inhabitants, and multiple family dynamics. With potential to reflect our new normal of working from home, as well as the possibility of multiple generations under one roof. Or a wonderful house to host guests, and enjoy the southern Mornington Peninsula.

Affectionately called ‘The Beast’, Blairgowrie House is complete! A house that sits high up on the site with a very large presence, but manages to exude the warmth and charm of the sleepy seaside suburb.
