The playful design of Friend or Pho brings together the Vietnamese hawker-style eatery with a contemporary restaurant. Located in a heritage building, the layout has been designed to accommodate the flexibility and flow of the restaurant allowing for menu changes and seating arrangements throughout all seasons.
